Collection of personal data

We store the personal data you have provided in connection with the agreement on delivery and invoicing.

Why we store data

Information about invoicing is used to meet requirements in the Bookkeeping Act. The basis for this processing is Article 6 © of the General Data Protection Regulation .

The purpose of the processing

We use the information to be able to send you an invoice and contact you directly if something about the delivery turns out to be incorrect.

Erasure of personal data

Under the Bookkeeping Act, information we are obliged to preserve will, in accordance with the requirements of the Act, be stored for up to 5 years.

Information security

We secure your personal data through physical and virtual access and access control, as well as by signing confidentiality agreements.

Rights of the data subject

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. In this connection, you may request access to and relocation of your own personal data, as well as require rectification or deletion. It can be appealed to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority for processing in violation of the rules.

When you fill out and submit a form on the web pages, the information you provide is stored electronically. This should give us the opportunity to ensure that you receive the information you request.

Google Analytics

Cookies from Google Analytics collect a great deal of information about the usage pattern, including information about which website the user clicks in from, which keywords the user has used to find the page, how visitors use the website, the number of times the user has visited the website and how long the user browses the website. This information does not contain user-specific details, and the sum of information is used for web statistics. The last part of the IP address is removed in accordance with Norwegian law. Preference cookies

These cookies store information such as language, browser or font size. The settings are permanently saved so that the user does not have to re-set these settings on the next visit.


Seavent does not use, disclose or exchange personal information about visitors to the Website in any way other than those described above. Except for the anonymized information we pass on to Google Analytics, your information will under no circumstances be disclosed to other organizations, people or businesses.
